Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal and Gift Cards- If payment for your order is not received within 7 days of your purchase, the order will be canceled.

I must do my part and charge Sales Tax for purchases shipped within TX. And I also am pretty honest and cannot mark international shipments as "gifts" unless it truly is a gift. While I know that taxes and duties are no fun, just be assured I am ethical in every part of my business. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and VAT charges. Shipping • We ship via USPS Priority whenever possible to offer you the best possible shipping method or USPS ground • Domestic orders will take between 3 to 7 business days for travel once shipped. • USPS offers tracking numbers. While the number can give a general idea of where your package may be it does not always reflect its status. • It is the customers responsibility to contact USPS with any shipping questions or concerns. If a package is deemed "lost" by USPS, please reach out to me

{Lost, Stolen, and Undelivered Shipments}

USPS or mail carrier failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. We provide up to $50 insurance automatically for domestic orders only, if you need more or if you're international, please arrange to pay additional insurance or pay the difference of your damaged item. If your shipment is sent without insurance:

• TheLoveMugs is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer. • We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance. • If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering. If you receive a broken mug, you must email us a photo of the broken mug in order for us to file a claim and replace and resend. Again- this is domestic orders only, international orders are not automatically insured

{Shipment & Address Changes}

We strive to ship same day of purchase, for this reason we will use the addresses provided to us on the invoice. We are unable to change a shipping address once an order in placed. Be sure to verify your address because:

• I will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. This includes Paypal addresses. • Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser/customer.

{International Orders}

• International orders are average 7-20 business days for delivery- I have seen it take up to 6 weeks- once we do our part and ship your order, it is in the mail carrier and customs hands which we do not control • • TheLoveMugs is not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages • International package IDs are not tracking numbers, but parcel numbers to confirm your shipment • If you want a tracking ID it will need to ship FedEx or UPS and send us a convo before you purchase and we will have to charge any additional fee • TheLoveMugsl reserves the right to cancel an order and provide a refund if we cannot or do not feel comfortable shipping to a specific country • Buyer may have customs fees assessed and that it is the buyers responsibility • There is no tracking for international orders unless pre-arranged and paid for by the buyer before item is shipped- otherwise the package will be shipped at the buyers risk Refunds and Exchanges As a small business trying to bring our customers the best products and service possible we make an effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed, as well as invest in high quality materials and time to create these pieces. Because of the resources and time we take to get your goodies to you:

• All sales are final, no refunds or returns are available. • Order cancellations, additions to your order, or item swaps are unavailable once an order is placed as we ship the same day.

{Returns + Oopsies}

We want you to love your experience with us so if, for some reason, you do not love your item I am happy to work with you. While no refunds are available we are able to issue a store credit for the amount of the returned product provided that:

• The item is in brand new condition. • This return is made within 14 days of the purchase date on your invoice. Any items where the item is returned outside of this 14 day period will incur a 25% restocking fee (ex. an item returned with a $28 retail value will only receive a $21 store credit) • The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges. • The buyer must contact us for an RTA form which must be included in the package upon the items return. Items returned without the form will not be issued a credit. • Upon the return the store credit will be issued to the email address provided on your form. • Following all of these guidelines ensures your return will be processed as quickly as possible.

Although I like to consider myself one that never makes a mistake, if your item is damaged or you received the wrong item we are happy to make it right. To replace a damaged item or incorrect item:

• This must be within 14 days of the purchase date on your invoice. • Send us an email with your order # and image of the item to verify the item is in fact damaged. • If the original item you ordered is unavailable we can issue you a store credit of equal value.

{Digital & Paper Orders}

* If digital, you will receive two emails. The first email will be a confirmation of your order, and the second email will be the downloadable art for your order. You must download and save, we are not responsible if you lose the art in the future, or accidentally delete your art. You will need to repurchase if you lose your file.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by mail carriers.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 7 - COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.


SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
